Here is the email I sent them in response to their email: Who exactly asked for this? Everyone I know is upset by this. People want to park next to their friends they have been tailgaiting with for years. Not the person behind them entering the parking lot. People come from different areas and want to park together as we've been doing. This team continues to make it easier and easier to give up on them. From the pathetic on field performance, the incompetence of the GM, the rewards program which was a good idea but has been executed horribly, The overproced tickets and most of all the PSLs that we are forced to pay. It should tell you something that you went from a 15 year waiting list for season tickets to begging people to buy tickets. This may be the last straw for me. If I can no longer tailgate with my buddies as I have been doing for over 30 years, I will give up my tickets.
This whole rewards fiasco has cost them nothing... Field access-free, hats- leftovers, SB tix-free(no airfare or accommodations), swimsuit calendars-practicaly free, suite tix-free, Bose HP- probably free (Bose being a sponsor), Calvin Pryor 8X10....you get my drift.
47,100. The silver lining in it for me, at this point, is that I sold my two tickets and parking pass (might sell one of theirs too). So, I'm valuing this at around $300 for me.

Cool thanks! I got cut off on the espn code today, Verizon started flaking out after the 1st quarter, was fine the whole way up to it.
It's getting frustrating with these codes. Many either don't work or you don't get to the code on a radio broadcast before it freezes or cuts out. And with all this effort on collecting points, it's disappointing on what they offer for rewards. Along with many other aspects of this organization, great idea but poor execution.
This is the third game, where using my scan card we walked in, the light turned green but the card didn't register saying that I wasn't there. All with different seats, and all for different games. They fixed the first game, but then haven't fixed the second game, and I have spoken with 5 different people since the Bills game, and now this game. There is no way they are going to do anything. So I am out 6,000 points for the 10 game scan. I just give up
