Posted this in another thread, but got no responses, it's a tricky one considering Forte is a beast.
    Appreciate the advice, guys.

I have an offer for me to give Matt Forte and Torrey Smith for Calvin Johnson and Andre Ellington - basically Forte for Johnson and Ellington.

    12-team 0.5 pt PPR league

    My Team:
    QB: Aaron Rodgers
    RB: Matt Forte
    RB: Lamar Miller
    WR: Alshon Jeffery
    WR: Kelvin Benjamin
    TE: Rob Gronkowski
    FLEX: Reggie Wayne
    B: Andre Williams
    B: Doug Martin
    B: Roy Helu
    B: Michael Crabtree
    B: Kendall Wright
    B: Brandin Cooks
    B: Torrey Smith

    Thanks!

He's not on any of my teams but has ellington really done anything this year? Calvin is hurt, the Lions won't declare him out on a weekly basis because the other team has to game plan for him, but he could miss more time and Golden Tate is stealing catches.

At this point, Torrey has more value than Calvin Johnson.

To top it all, Forte is clearly the best player in the trade, and is likely one of the top backs due to PPR.

A decent counter offer could be Andre Williams and Alshon Jeffrey for Calvin Johnson and Andre Ellington. You have the depth at WR to hold on to Calvin until healthy, and trade a #2 RB for another #2 RB

Ellington is actually a top ten back. In standard scoring he is 8th and in ppr he's 9th. Forte is 2nd in both. Standard he has 40 more points than Ellington, ppr he has 50.

Torrey Smith let's be real is a WR3 option at best.

It's definitely a worthy offer but I'm keeping Forte. He's the 2nd highest scoring non QB in standard and 3rd in ppr.

Calvin Johnson is injured ain't he? Forte has been a beast this year (I him also) - I would keep Forte, the Bears schedule is looking really good for Forte going forward

I would hold onto Forte personally

Thanks guys, I declined the offer. Too much risk for me. Might try to do a counter offer.

Hold onto Forte. Your RB situation would be worse off than your WR situation.
