The ruling means that if Hernandez breaks out of jail, the NFL probably won't be able to stop him suiting up for Week 1.

Whether or not Tom get suspended is meaningless. 5 years from now the ONLY thing fans will remember is Tom Brady and the New England Patriots cheated (again).

Wait until Brady is eligible for Canton and his history of cheating is brought up over and over again. There are a LOT of sports writers who would NEVER vote Brady in. I hope he's kicked to the curb.

Not a chance. After sampling the bullshit being written and said today, guaranteed 5 years from [insert retirement date here] they'll be lined up around the block on their knees.

Now that Goodell has once again shown himself to be an incompetent boob, I wonder what kind of comp % and fumble #'s the pats put up now that brady can't play with his balls the way he likes to.

Didn't matter either way, we are going to beat him twice. He doesn't need to be suspended, his reputation is already damaged with all the links to cheating.

It means Geno Smith or Ryan Fitzpatrick are still our QBs either way......which means 4th place in the AFC East maybe 3rd

I don't give a shit if Brady playing or not. I'm just worried about the Jets winning. So it time for us Jets fans to move on and start getting ready for the season.

If, by some miracle, we win the division this year, I'd rather it be with Brady playing all 16 games. It would feel more deserved and authentic.

That being said, the Patriots will most likely win the division again this year. They are just too good, and the fact that regime has been together for 15 years now is an advantage over other teams. Bellichick and Brady have really refined their system and perfected their execution and efficiency in their now 15th-ish year. Brady is really that good.

Innocent? Isn't tampering with evidence considered an admission of guilt in much of the USA?

If the Brady-Bundchen union was a sham all along it would be just fine now. Nothing breaks a marriage of convenience because it's doing it's job just by existing.

Now if both of them *wanted* to setup a real marriage to somebody of their own gender - now that the possibility exists - that would be a different matter.

The fact that they're talking about splitting (and have kids) makes it much more likely this is just the normal progression for a marriage in the year 2015.
