He is definitely an athletic freak and worth a shot based on that. Would be pretty awesome if he can ball.

Stories like this are cool. Would be pretty neat if they both played in Ny/Nj. I love Forte, but he isn't a long term answer. Guess we will have to wait and see about this guy. Would be cool to get to see him in action at training camp and preseason.
From what I've seen on the guy he looks pretty quick & has good lateral movement but its hard to tell when he is just running drills with bags and cones. Would like to see what the guy looks in Pads. He is almost too big to be an NFL running back. Although his pro day numbers are impressive. Long shot to make the practice squad as he hasn't played since high school. He'll probably do better selling underwear. Remember that kid who jumped out of the pool? Everybody around here demanded that we draft him early. I think he's working in auto parts these days.
If nothing else, maybe he can become a STs terror flying down the field and leveling blockers and returners. With his vertical leap, maybe he could block FG and extra point attempts as well.
I saw several interviews. Essentially he thought he had a full scholarship but when he got to school it wasn't a scholarship at all. It was financial aide and student loans. He couldn't afford housing so he took a job to pay for school. He meant to only take 1 year off of football but we all know how that goes eventually he dropped out of school to become a fitness model. Any way I liked they way he answered the questions he was asked. He owned up to his mistakes and pretty much said he was just a young dumb kid and then something like God has a plan. One of the other things I got a sense of is that he and Odell are not close.
