Wait so only 2 people are allowed to start series threads? Shit, is that in the rules somewhere? Devil's been doing Yankee-Sox series threads before so I don't see a problem with it. Scik got beat and that's that he should quit whining about it cause it looks pathetic.

No. I didn't say that only 2 people here are allowed to create threads. I said Scik and dWalsh have been doing the Yankees threads for the entire season regardless of who they play. If Devil wants to start creating Red Sox threads from the beginning of the season to the end, so be it. I'm sure nobody will have a problem with it. It was more that Murrell came and merged the threads and of course put Devil as the OP. If it's really not a big deal why not just leave it the way it is. A thread is for sure shit coming. What? Devil got worms in his ass and just couldn't wait? What's the big deal? Seriously? The format that we've followed so far all season hasn't changed at least from our perspective. Unless of course you think that by creating a thread it's gonna jinx the Yankees. If that's the case, then it was done out of spite, which is exactly what this was.

You have what, 5 posts in this forum? You have no idea how it's usually done, and your post proves that. It's not those two every time. There's even a stickied thread at the top detailing who has started them.

Regardless, I was starting a Red Sox thread. I only do it when people would be interested (although now I'm going to do one for every series), which on this board means Yankee games. I used to do it for Tampa when TBJF posted because there would be discussion then. Out of deference to Yankee fans I don't do it when the games are at Yankee Stadium, but when they're at Fenway it's fair game, and I will continue to do so.

Nothing I reacted over or said had anything to do with you having a series thread. I just wanted to carry on my winning streak to Boston to see if my luck will carry over, like Im sure every Yankee fan following here on TGG wants. I never once said I didnt want you to have one, so you are either misinformed, or being intolerable because you just want to be...

Being a crybaby about starting a thread is far more lame than calling someone out for being a crybaby about starting a thread.

How is it done out of spite? He usually does the Yank-Sox series, Devil was the OP since he did it first. Does Scik have a contract that allows him full exclusive right to thread starting? It's not like he started it 2 days before the series started. I don't see why devil can't start a thread. Why does Scik have to start it? It's just a thread who cares who started it.

Pay attention. I started the Yankee threads for the last few weeks when they have been winning. I start threads until they lose. Its a Yankees fan tradition here...(which I didnt know until earlier this season)

When you're right you're right. I didn't know how it was handled, but I did know threads were started by Scik, dWalsh or NY2K09. Either way, that has nothing to do who the regulars are who start Yankee threads on a regular basis throughout the season. Even if it was Ecko...I would still be sitting here telling you that Ecko was bound to start a Yankees vs Red Sox thead.

If you want to continue creating Sox/Yankees threads when they play at Fenway go ahead. Just tell a mod not to merge it, just like Scik originally requested. I'm sure they'd be more than happy to oblige. Otherwise, at least keep the same guys who create the Yankees thread as the OP. You can still post your Scouting reports under them.

Look, you said earlier it isn't a big deal to you so let it go already. Or are u that petty that u can't allow a Yankee fan to get the better of you?

Make up your mind. Did I throw this so called "tamtrum" when I started a thread, or complained about you having one. Wow, someone is trying to fabricate their own little version of the story to suit themselves arent they?

Yes, I threw an E-Tantrum. I started a thread because I was winning as the thread starter for the Yanks for the last few weeks. Wow, what a E-tantrum it was. Whoa is me.

That's fine, but it doesn't give Yankee fans sole thread starting rights. They play another team in every series and if a fan of that team wants to start a thread on the series, especially a series in that fan's home park, they have every right. And since it is board policy to have one thread on a topic, if they start it first that should be the end of it.

Totally agree. I don't see either why Devil can't start his own thread and keep it. Just like letting Scik start his own thread and keeping it. I just think it would be easier if u let the ppl who do it all year long to handle it is all. I don't see what the big deal...if anything, it's less work for Devil.

What the fuck are you talking about? The moment you just HAD to start your own thread (last night at some point?) you were acting like a child. Like I said, it's the same as taking your ball and going home. Basically you were saying "Oh yeah, well, I don't wanna be in your club so I'm gonna start my own, and all MY friends will join that one!" It was fucking childish.

The actual thread isn't a big deal, the reaction is what I'm enjoying.

You cant be enjoying it more then me. I took my ball and went home? You still had your ball as far as I could see. What a loser. Sorry I wanted to keep my streak going, but I dont need to explain anymore ( I know your comprehension level isn't great) why I started a thread. Get over it. Who's the fucking baby now?

pay attention, youre saying the same shit over and over.

I know you "wanted to keep your winning streak going" (Which is fucking retarded by the way. You don't affect the outcome of baseball games, and if anything you would think starting a thread when one already existed would be bad luck.) but there was already a thread. Board rules indicate one thread per topic. Therefore you had no right to expect to be allowed to create your thread and not have it merged. It's not that complicated.
