    Mets and Phillies are in a muscle flexing contest at CITIFIELD. Phillies have four home runs, and Mets have three. Mets leading by a run in 8th innining.

    And if we really want to "keep score" how about we look historically at all the times the Sox threw at the Yankees with zero retaliation.

    Red Sox have the Yankees' number, all right. This game, like the preceding 5 this season, isn't a contest. A.J. officially sucks in my book. He never comes up big in the clutch. The lineup looks old and tired again. Time to watch playoffs.

    Should the score hold up the Sox are in great shape to take 2 of 3 with a pretty decent edge in the pitching matchup tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to the Penny start though.
