A little early for that. Not sure who to pick at this point. I can guess that the Colts will be at least a two seed. Steelers and Patriots have a good shot right now.
AFC North, barring the Ravens don't totally collapse, will represent the 4,5,6 seeds. If its not the Ravens, it'll be a dogfight between the Jets and chargers. The Texans have to show me they won't go 8-8 again, because that's what they do. Denver, Colts, Pats will fight for the 1,2,3 seeds.
I am still not sold on Denver yet, two losses in a row. Make it three and the Chargers are right back in the Divison race.
Barring a Raven's collapse..? They have the same record as the Jets. They are 4-4 with a tough schedule. I'm not saying Ravens can't make the playoffs but they have to do much more than just not collapse. Just like the Jets. I think Indy, Steelers, Jets, Broncos, Pats, Chargers....
west:chargers south:colts eastats north:steelers w.c.1:broncos w.c.2 bengals jets finish 10-6 but needed 11-5 to make it. w.c.2
I don't think the chargers are taking the division, I also think Cincy will take their division and even at a higher seed then 4
1 - Colts 2 - Steelers 3 - Broncos 4 - Jets 5 - Patriots 6 - Bengals Jets go for 4th straight win over the Patriots. Hey, you never know.
3rd straight win, I have faith in us that game. 1:Colts 2:Bengals 3ats 4:Broncos 5:? 6:? I can't make a total guess on who is taking the wild card
Too much football left but I couldn't help but think that Chargers squeaker against the Giants last Sunday would come back and bite the Jets in the ass at the end of the season when it comes to a wildcard spot.
AFC East - Jets (because I have to) AFC North - Bengals AFC South - Colts AFC West - Broncos Wild Card - Patriots Wild Card - Steelers
....cincy has a rediculously easy schedule 1. Colts 2. Steelers 3. Patriots 4. Broncos 5. Bengals 6. Jets 10-6 Chargers barely miss playoffs, Ravens and Texans finish 8-8 or 9-7
the totally do, their biggest game of their season is on sunday and if they sweep the steelers they take that division
If those were the seeds, then the WC round of the playoffs would potentially have us seeking our 4th straight win against them.
I think the Jets end up 10-6 as the 6th seed, other than that I can't really make any other prediction other than Indy as the #1.
Cincinnati's games on 12/13 (at MIN), 12/20 (at SD), and 1/3 (at NYJ) might be bigger. After the Week 10 game vs Cincinnati, Pittsburgh plays mediocre or bad teams the rest of the regular season. They could split with Baltimore, but it's tough to envision them losing any other games. For sake of argument, let's say the Steelers lose to the Bengals and then go on to win 6 of their final 7. That would put the Steelers at 12-4. Can the Bengals get to 12-4? I don't know about that. They will likely be underdogs at Minnesota and San Diego. The Week 17 game at the Jets could decide whether or not the Bengals win the AFC North.
