If you don't think any of the above just specify who you think it will be (I was limited to 10 options)

Note...This is regarding TEAM defensive mvp not NFL DPOY or MVP.

The only way it isn't Revis is; if he, God forbid, holds out the entire year, is injured, or, he's abducted by aliens at the behest of Parcells.

The Hitman is going to see a lot of action with teams shying away from the pass against our D...

Absolutely..our linebackers are going to see a lot of action, whether it be running plays, or hot plays over the middle or toward the sideline..

Personally, my vote goes to Bart Scott.

C'mon, now. He's only been with the Jets for a decade. You have to give some of the fans a little more time to learn the name.

    haha so true...mental lapse

i spelled his first name wrong whatever...it still reads the same

Now, if I said DaSean Ellis I think we'd have an entirely different issue on our hands.

If it's not Darrelle Revis, then something has gone horribly, horribly wrong.

All I know is that there are a lot of talented players on that list. Darrelle Revis completely changes the dynamic of the defense so it has to be him.

As Revis is not in TC I'm holding out voting for him.

    Harris.
With Pouha and Jenks getting double teams, Scott eating up FBs, the Hitman is going to be rabid in someones backfield.

I'd agree that Revis is clearly the best player on the defense...

But with the secondary as a whole expected to be tops it could be up for grabs...

Revis is clearly the shutdown corner on this team but Cromartie has the ability to put up huge INT numbers...

I guess it's really how you view MVP..

Look out for Bart Scott this year.
