Maybe we should just buy Texans jerseys and wear them on Sunday... this way we are guaranteed a win.

There are no gimmes in the NFL anymore. Did I hear right on Fox today...13 OT games already this year?

Agreed. A win is a win, but those penalties will kill us against a good team. (The Vikes, Broncos, Lions and Browns are NOT good teams)

I don't understand where all the "the Jets are lucky" talk is coming from.....we missed 3 FGs today that would've iced the game in regulation....if anything, we were beating ourselves.

    Fuck those idiots.

You know I was a bit worried in the first half in how the Browns line and Hillis were controlling the line of scrimmage. It was a different story in the second half as Hillis found out the Jets adjustments meant no more yardage.

You have a 10 minute, 19 play drive and put up zero points, that was a game changer. A TD there would have been crushing to the Browns.

Am I the only one who feels we have this godly force that prevents us from losing?

even when the Browns were inching closer and closer to FG territory I just felt their was no way we would lose. I feel this every game except for Week 1.

Only one time i was let down and the other team actually beat us (Packers).

    agreed....on both points.

I was in disgust that we didn't put up points on that 10 minute drive....but seeing the offense generate that type of drive....reinforces my confidence in Sanchez and his ability to command this offense.

Watching Hillis in the first quarter made me nauseous....the guy is a beast...he runs like John Riggins for christs' sakes! Thank god the Browns have no passing game....or we may have been in trouble today.

Should we give 624 credit for this then?

here's a brief way i look at it:

    1. Lions are a much better team when Stafford plays
    2. Browns have been a very different team since they started playing Hillis more, plus they just look like a very motivated team

So no, these wins were not lucky.

Both were also on the road.

...and we are the team with the target on our backs this year, everyone gives us their best.

There is no such thing as an easy win in the NFL. Look at the Browns against the Pats last week, or the Giants against Dallas today, any given Sunday...

This, this, a thousand times this.

Every team has been throwing the kitchen sink at us since Denver, if not all season.

A lot of the talking heads are hesitant to credit anyone as a top team in the league unless they win with blowouts..for some reason the jets are supposed to blowout the lions and the browns. Everybody seems to forget that when its all said, winning margins don't mean shit and even being the consensus 'best team' doesn't matter coz a lot of the time the 'best team' doesn't end up with a trophy! We're 7-2, 3-0 in Div. and 5-0 on the road. Who gives a shit if people think we're lucky lets keep focused on what matters!
