I wish.. How exactly does that look like a 3-13 team? I'm not saying it won't happen, but I don't see it. Last year with injuries to our top two receiving targets, little run game, and a QB who didn't help us win ANY games other than 1, we where 6-10. This year with an actual OC, better RB, and hopefully better QB play, I can't see us doing worse than last year. This schedule is tougher, but still.
