For you to celebrate Mark being out and needing surgery is a joke. You embarrass the franchise. This happens everywhere I know, there are losers out there who root for injuries but I take it personally when it comes from my fellow Jet fans. It irritates me and embarrasses me. We should be better than that.
He tried to do a behind the back switcheroo with a fucking 280 pound dude in his face.. This ain't the Harlem Globetrotters.. He was better off holding the ball and taking the safety.
Geno has already learned 1 thing from Sanchez this season. It only took 4 games to teach Geno the nuances of the buttfumble. Maybe we should make him our QB coach.
I wasn't wrong about him and I appreciate all he did for this franchise unlike ungrateful, sad, pathetic "fans" that we our fanbase is known for.
I root for the team first, the player second. If the player is a liability, I'm not rooting for him. Maybe you should buy some Raiders tickets now, so you can cheer for Sanchez when he's backing up Flynn or Pryor.
I don't think I've made any definitive statements about Geno Smith being or becoming a good NFL QB. If you think I have, go find one. If Geno sucks after given an opportunity, yeah I'll want him gone.
you embarrass all Jet fans and human beings. If you rooted for the team you would have rooted for mark b/c we'd be 3-1/4-0 w/ him right now.
of course you will. In a year or 2 you'll give up on him(if not sooner at this pace) and you'll want another new QB and new HC as the cycle will continue- and people wonder why we never win big.
The kid lost his edge and his mind. Shell shocked from hits and shell shocked from the media. What is up with that hair dude? It's a short career in the NFL. Kids, play baseball or basketball. You make more money and play way longer.
If that's the end of Sanchez, it's a sad day. Sad that he never lived up to expectations. Sad that he never progressed after leading us through so many improbable playoff wins. Sad that we are right back where we were 5 years ago watching a rookie QB go through growing pains on the field. He's a good kid, and despite his sporadic, bipolar play he represented our team well. Thanks for everything Mark and good luck.
Well said, He's been a good guy. He's been through hell and handled it better than most people. Can't take that away from him.
not at this pace as folks just have no patience. As frustrated as I was w/ geo's play yesterday I am still hopeful he is the long term answer.
Sanchez was also running his mouth the entire bills game, and all the other games, so that means it's because of Sanchez that he threw for all those yards right and TDs right?
