Good for Kerley, he's a decent enough no.3 for a good team. Hope it doesn't cost too much.

Hopefully Idzik's in talks with Wilkerson soon.

Cool. Love me some Kerley fries. Kinda surprised tho, thought they'd let him go after getting Harvin. Glad they didn't. Just need one more true flanker and the receiving corp is set.

This is my one and only thing. If you're gonna extend Kerley midseason, you need to extend Mo midseason. Pay the man, lock him up for 5 years.

Title is kinda misleading but fair enough.

Kerley's play has earned him a spot, I think he'll really shine with Harvin and Decker taking away most of the heat. Hopefully its still fairly small money.

Im pretty shocked. Thought he was gone. He must have signed pretty cheap because he doesn't do anything

So why he is destroying the rollover money.

Good move. I never understood why so many wanted to move on from him. He's been a solid WR for us.

If he is using it for players that are going to be playing next season he isnt destroying the roll-over money. Dont be dense.

As soon as we get a QB that can get this guy the ball, the #s will show.

Mo has 2 years left, Kerley is a FA after the season. that's why he was first. Mo will be signed to a new deal sooner than later.

Imo the point of rollover money is that you can have double next season so they would be saving this cash cap wise just not woody wise.

Smart to not let him get to free agency. Another team was bound to give him an Austin Howard-like contract

    You're kidding, right?

In case you aren't... you save money to reward and keep your own guys so you can then go out and continue to spend on other players. That's been the point the entire time.

QB can't get him the ball. Targets are there, but Geno has been less then stellar.

Kinda shocked by this. He's kind of expendable if the Jets plan on going with Harvin long term. But I have no problem with this move. He's a decent player. Hopefully the Jets didnt overspend on him.

I wonder if this now means we won't go after a WR in FA, or draft one high. Harvin-Decker-Kerley is now our top 3.

Awesome news! I had a bad feeling they might let him walk after the Harvin acquisition. Nice offensive and special teams weapon. I think Percy coming in will make him that much more effective.
