Buster Skrine Concussion

Can someone enlighten me regarding this protocol? What is the likelihood of him playing Sunday.

It depends. Some players come back the next week, some are out 3 weeks or so

Regardless, Edelman is the biggest threat the corners need to worry about and that will be Revis' job. Cro likely draws LaFell, who will be returning. Amendola will be in the slot. He's good, but not great. If Skrine can't make it, it would suck, but not the end of the world.

 

Next man up.....we have good depth at the position.But there's a good chance he may play it isn't set in stone that he won't

New England's offense is a well oiled machine. I'm not sure what teams have tried but they look to absolutely destroy man coverage because of the quick outs and Gronk. A zone seems a lot more logical and the Colts seemed to have the right idea but didn't have the horses to do it.

We do. Interior pressure from the hogs up front is what Brady hates most. We NEED to get defenders underneath those quick outs from Edelman/Lewis or they move down the field at 8 yards a clip all day long.

Hopefully Bowles sees what we all see in that this is not an offense you overload blitz against. Brady has never been one to overload blitz against because they showed his numbers vs. It and he completes a higher percentage of passes with a man in his face.

It's worked one time in the 2010 Divisional game, and one time when they beat them in Mangini's first year. Outside of that Brady just checks down and let's the RAC kill you. The one great thing we have going for us versus that is David Harris sucks in coverage for the most part but he eats up screens and is an excellent open field tackler. Let them catch it stop them before the sticks and lay the wood on Edelman and Amendola. Amendola will fold, Edelman seems to fucking thrive on getting smacked I don't get it.

I don't think it'll be a blowout but I hope all Jet fans prepare for the fact that it could be one and it doesn't mean our season is over if we lose 35-13.

 

What is the protocol.. Cuz Buster needs to do some serious lying if they aren't scanning his brain or anything.. He can sit out the following 2 weeks against Oakland/Jax
