So they full on said they are taking a QB 1 ruling out barkely at 1. The rumor is it's between allen and darnold. at 4, doens't sound like they want to trade out. they will have the pick of 2 out of these 3 , barkley, chubb, fitzpatrick. They know the jets are taking a QB, the giants could take a QB or 1 of the 3 mentioned already likely barkely. In other words, best case for us is they take allen and/or the giants opt for barkley over a QB or trading down to a team wanting a QB.

There is so many scenarios it literally gives a headache. Could sit here for a year with scenarios of who likes who, and who is trading, and who's mom gets coffee with this coach's nephew......
The sad thing is that if you look at it objectively, most of the threads here are kind of pointless. Just a bunch of doofs spinning their wheels, hoping that they can be right about something.
It's so refreshing to see a head coach come out weeks before the draft and tell every other team what they are going to do with their picks. If all the other coaches followed suit we could all just take a nice hike in the woods without a care in the world about how the draft will turn out. Maybe they'll take it a step further and during the season will make a list of all their plays and fax it over to the opposing coach before the game so there is no confusion as to who will be where on the field each down.
I think the whole league should follow suit with the draft and then when it's New England's turn, they should broadcast Ginger Goodell standing at the podium tapping his foot angrily. Must see TV.
