2nd & 29, throw it to the flat for 4 yards. That's a QB more concerned about his stats than trying to crawl back into this game. EDIT: Same thing on 3rd and 24.
Love ya bro, but disagree about Fields. There’s plenty of blame to go around, but he holds the ball too long, can’t improvise, has terrible accuracy and just looks plainly overmatched
We're just a team full of losers through and through. I was listening to Hughes/Rosenblatt's podcast and one thing they were talking about was how the Jets have very few type-A players, if any. There are no real vocal leaders. Everyone just kind of watches things happen passively.
I moreso meant that he’s been bad today but it’s not like he lost the game today anymore than anyone else on the team. Agree with everything you said though. He’s been dreadful today.
He's done it a bunch, and it's all about a cheap tick for completion percentage and perhaps passing yards - knowing full well where he's throwing that is not going to have a chance of reaching the line to gain (or, God forbid, the end zone).
My bad, misunderstood. I had reall hoped that London, the QB coach who worked with Geno up in Seattle, would do something similar with Fields. Certainly doesn’t look like it so far
Supposedly the Jets had an interim HC, Ken Shipp, who went 1-4 in 5 games. AG is gonna need more than 6 games (jets aren't showing up ready to play Den. next week in London) to potentially tie him on the All-time wins list as Jets HC
If anything happens to Dak in this 4th Quarter, the Cowboys deserve it leaving him in there in a 30-6 game in the 4th Quarter.
