Here's hoping for a winless season. I think that's the only outcome that pushes Glenn out the door.

 

Every time we say it can't get worse, it somehow does. The Jets are good at one thing: creating new versions of rock bottom.

 

There is no bottom for this franchise unfortunately, I don't think we've ever seen the worst of this version, wait till this team is 0-12 and the few who try quit, can't wait

 

The universe has it in for my no-tanking mantra. Never mind, I will go down with my ship!!

Although being a Jets fan it appears that rooting for the#1 overall pick appears to be the only thing we can regularly root for...

 

Dude, Cleveland went 4-45. Yeah, it can be a lot worse.

 

Kotite's teams at least play hard and were somewhat competitive at times... this, i refuse to call this a team anylonger, collect of misfits is the worst, IMHO.

 

This team looks like all but a few of them are just going through the motions. This defense might be the worst Jets defense I've seen since the pre-parcells era. They aren't good at anything except committing penalties and giving up TDs.

 

A lot of guys are making Business Decisions on the field too. I feel bad for the true warriors like GW who show up weekly for this shitshow.

 

Agreed. He's one of the few, and maybe the only player on the team I'd hate to see traded or waived.

 

He’s clearly in over his head.

Firing him won’t matter unless they hire the right people to replace both he and Moogy.

We all know that won’t happen. Nobody who’s good enough to hire will choose to come to the Jets and work for Woody Johnson. It’s not a career death wish but it’s also nobodies first, second, or third choice (GM, coach, player, or otherwise) unless they’re desperate.

 

You know how bad it is when we start praising Kotite compared to this regime. Fucking brutal.

 

Ironically, our first game this year was the best of all. We are spiraling down hard.

 

After decades of this crap you'd think I'd be used to it by now...

 

It kind of makes one wonder how awful that season finale against Buffalo's backups is going to be in early January.

 

To be fair, it takes time for a new culture to bed in.

Take a look up in New England. Organizations that know how to rebuild, rebuild. They aren’t a test tube for first time coaches. Kraft would never have bowle-gase-saleh-Glenn, and a ten year outcome like this .

 

Gase wasn’t a first time head coach and we brought Vrabel in for an interview. We were considered favs until the Pats fired Mayo and took him from us. The “first time” thing doesn’t always apply.
