I just did the research on my own, its with Cleveland. Mangini is on a better pace, but Mangini has a better team and is with a better organization - he'll have a better record through their 1st 3 years when its all said and done. BB went back to Parcells' DC when Parcells came here in 97.
When BB took over Cleveland they were a year removed from reaching the AFC Title Game. BB joined BP in NE in 1996 before coming over here w/ him(technically they hired BB first) in 1997.
Just post a Jets win on Thursday night - names are unimportant. Even though we do not play a Pats team a full strength, did they relish kicking us when we were down? They have and did. It is time to issue payback......word.

Yes, Cleveland before they moved to Baltimore. The move was announced during his last season there, 1995, which kind of sabatoged him. He had built a decent team in Cleveland with Vinny at QB, but it took a while. So factor that in, plus the last year when they kind of gave up, and his record isn't as good as the job he did there. More damning is his 5-13 showing in New England with what was a good team before he got there, prior to Brady coming in and saving his ass.
Bill Parcells was a 'traitor' to the Pats when he went to the Jets. Bill Belichick was a 'traitor' to the Jets when he went to the Pats. Eric Mangini is a 'traitor' to the Pats because he went to the Jets. But I doubt most Pats fans were actually Pats fans when the first 2 happened.
Yeah Cleveland. For me, the most rewarding thing by far is the look on Belicheat's face after he loses to us. Him walking over to Mangini for his obligatory but insincere handshake and seeing the look on his face.... it's priceless. I really look forward to seeing that again on Thursday night. Can't wait.
