Is this a good trade to make?

I am being offered Placido Polanco and JJ Hardy for Iwamora and Adam La Roche.

As a Rays fan...I can tell you that Aki wont be putting up solid numbers here in 2009, I could be wrong though.

Aki is no longer our leadoff hitter which will cut down on his stolen bases. He doesn't hit alot of HR's and he never really only gets 1-2 hits a game, if that. He's an awsome Defensive player but not the best option at the plate.

I would do that trade ASAP

Being dropped from the leadoff spot doesn't quite necessarily mean less stolen bases. It sure as hell means he'll be having fewer TPAs over the year tho

    Only if you're getting Santana.

Yeah I am, but what if Kazmir plays great? Vasquez gets alot of K's.

kazmir is completely untrustworthy, also how deep of a league is it? obviously a mixed league so unless it's really deep there is someone better than kazmir on the waiver wire

    Garza
    Saunders
    Pettitte

Do it for sure in a 12 team, who is on waivers for you to pick up?
Personally if Nolasco is there I'd pick him up and stash him for a few starts to see if he's straightened out

I always lose in pitching stats though. Odd. ERA and WHIP atleast.
