I was very upset that we didn't trade down from 4, but it doesn't look like there were any takers. i don't mind D Brick there, but really wanted to go down, and get Cutler- it especially hurts considering how far Justice dropped. I like the mangold pick, am not too sure about the Clemons pick, like the Leon Washington Pick, and think the Brad Smith pick is ok-- however, I think every other pick was total garbage. Such reaches-- and why another safety? why one nobody ever heard of-- look at the other ones still there-- Ko Simpson, Bing, Blue, Threat, Slay, Watkins-- every one of them is better than Eric Smith. Also, I am very upset with some of the guys we passed on-- Gabe Watson in the 3rd, 3rd, or 4th. Jimmy Williams, Lendale White, and Chad Jackson in the 2nd, because of the trade. and you really have to be kidding me with that TE pick- that was horrible. He was a backup to an average TE at Wisconsin--and If we wanted a FB, we should have just drafted one rather then getting a guy who has limited experience there. Think about what this draft could have been.... Brick, Jimmy Williams, Chad Jackson, Gabe Watson, Jean Gillis, Mark Anderson, Dee Web, Quadrine Hill.
Upset? You think you can just trade down with no partners? It takes two parties to trade. Plus we took the player we wanted so why trade just because you say so?
you dont build a team with WR's and fat ass RBs who cant stay in shape. You build them with hard working players who anchor your team.
OK- well, I actually said that I understand that there were obviously no teams to trade down with, so you can relax with that.
no, they are not the biggest, but what about BPA? And we can certainly use those guys as upgrades-- they both have top 15 value.
We will see after this next season how good these picks were... but you probably won't be here... because u only joined to complain..
