http://forums.chargers.com/showthread.php?t=76601 "Heard on the news there's a slight chance of rain on Sunday with some wind. Obviously it wont be clear what kinda weather we get till we get closer to Sunday, but it would be bad news for our passing game if it does. Here's to Mother Nature keeping the skies clear for our aerial attack!" Wow if this is true, then this game is going to come down to the Run. The #1 rush vs The #31st rush..... Everyone do a rain dance or something
The Weather Channel lists it as only a 10% chance for precipitation. That being said, it's probably going to be a flood.
I believe the cold weather was a major factor in the results of both Bengals games. Rain can only help us and hurt the chargers. So lets hope for rain
WTF does that mean? They'll let the Jets run all down the field and then hold them out of the end zone? That's funny. A full 80% of rushing TDs against you came from inside of 5 yards, and more than half of all scoring plays. I'd say if you hope to stop teams, you probably don't want to let them get down to the goal line. BUST.
It means game over. Parade canceled. I have yet to see any stat or even a poorly thought out game plan on how the Jets will outscore the Chargers. Or how the Jets will keep the Chargers from scoring. This isn't 2004. BOOM. headshot.
Ahahaha...it's a shame you had to come along and ruin the reputation for intelligent discussion that your fellow Bolt fans have been cultivating on the board today. Now run along. It's time for you to get back to shooting the cat with a Nerf gun and screaming your little catch phrase. Don't worry, I won't tell your mommy.
Any time there is a remote chance of a seagull dropping a turd which might resemble rain there is a "weather" thread started on the Chargers board. That's why I like to check out opposing teams boards to have something else to talk about.... Then again, here I am posting on another weather thread. :shit:
Rain or shine our rushing attack isn't gonna be stopped by the Chargers sorry run defense. Rain will affect the Chargers and their passing game. Obviously ours too but not as bad cause we will continue to keep a conservative play action passing game.
