We only need him 'till the end of the year. I am hopeful we can find a better punter anyway for next season. Feely punting against Chargers could be a disaster for us. Jay can do a good job with short punts, but if we need distance, we are in trouble. Imagine we are up by a few points towards the end of the game and they stopped us on 20 yard line. With Jay punting, Chargers could get the ball around our 40 yard line. We can't give the ball to Philips on our 40 yard line too often as he will surely make us pay.

After watching Feely punt I say screw it after this season give him some training as punter have one kicker on roster use it for a more important position Weatherford was nothing special anyway

I wish Weatherford well & he has a few things going for him ,His Billionaire Owner is the " Robert Woods Medical Center/Hospital " in New Brunswick ,NJ , and even if that isn`t 1 of the top Heart Facility`s in the Country ,I am Quite sure as the C.O./Pres. of Jonson & Johnson Medical Supplies I am quite sure what ever is the Top Heart Hospital in the Country ,Woody will be able to get him moved to the front of the line..
