he obviously isnt working them hard enough in practice because they are still committing stupid penalties... they also have 2 plays with 12 men on the field costing us 2 timeouts... 5-3 is not where we wanted to be and we could very well lose to cleveland next week... the fucking soj are back.

But I thought players want to play for Rex? This is obviously all bullshit, so many expectations all down the drain with this loss to the Lions. I hate to say this-but Sanchez must go. He is a USC QB and they are worthless. Rather end it know-get it over withthen to drag our feet for a couple years.

Rex is a great motivator, but the guys aren't taking personal responsibility for their actions, and no one is holding them accountable. Stupid penalties are the most frustrating part of this team. Also, it's "losing". Just a pet peeve.
