Just heard he might have off season surgery. Media reports are mixed from just sore shoulder to cartilage damage. I just wonder if this will have a long term impact on his throwing. I Pennington had much more serious shoulder surgery.

We know its sore, and it may heal on its own or he might get surgery in the off season we don't know.

We'll just have to wait and see.

He'll play through it. He's a tough bastard.

He said it was pretty sore and didn't totally rule out surgery in the off season.

In his post game presser last week he basically told the media they were retarded for the cartilage shit. I think his words were something like that isn't even how you would diagnose something like that.

I think only people involved with the Jets truly know how bad it is but as long as he didn't make it worse in chicago I will remain unconcerned.

i hope the team doctors deem he doesn't require surgery.....missing mini-camps doesn't help his development.

I think the Jets are trying to make it worse than it sounds. He looked fine against the Bears. I think its all part of the plan.

Reports are that he threw better in practice this week than he did last week.

They sat him today to avoid taking hits.

We're fucked. Pack it in. I knew it couldn't be true. We're a shit franchise and we'll always be. I only pay attention to this team in between sessions of masturbating with sand paper and broken glass. Time to move up to draft Luck/Mallett/Newton. I wish we lost and missed the playoffs so it wouldn't have cost us that much!

Is it wrong to have already packed it in? My Jets stuff is already mothballed.
