I may not post here as often as I would like to, but I really do enjoy reading this site on a daily basis.

From the HBO series of Hard Knocks, to our record of 11-5; I've pretty much enjoyed each and every second of our playoff run this season. I'm proud of the fact that this Jets team was one of only two teams that was able to beat the Patriots. Going into Pittsburgh and beating a strong Steelers team has me believing that we can compete on the road during the playoffs, starting with the Colts tonight. I'll never forget the clutch run that both Sanchez and Holmes went on, that was something special to watch.

It's also been exciting to see Sanchez come into his own in terms of his ability to not only manage the game, but also finding ways to win games by making big time plays that only winners in this league can make. He still has ways to go, but it's been nice to watch Sanchez develope into a franchise QB during his second year in the league.

Manning is without Clark, Collie & Gonzalez this go around!!!!

I agree, its been a pretty amazing regular season. 11-5 is one of the best seasons ever. I think we have a good team that can beat the Colts and anybody else if they can put it all together, get lucky and if Sanchez takes his game up a few notches.

To make a long story short; I see Manning as ripe for the picking this go around without three key offensive threats in Clark, Collie and Gonzalez.

Add to the fact that we've added players such as L.T, Holmes, Cromartie and Taylor, and I really feel the Jets are much improved from last years loss against the Colts, while the Colts, in my eyes, have taken a step back due to injuries.

    I like our chances.

    Jets: 27 - Colts: 17

As long as our season doesnt end against the Patriots next week ill be incredibly happy with this season.

The thought of just beating the Colts to have our trade for Cromartie go from a 3rd to a 2nd, then losing the next week would just piss me off all off season.

That said its great to see how this teams growing

We had one hell of a regular season, I enjoyed our journey to the playoffs, but anything less than a trip to the SB will become a major let down. When I say "trip to the SB"; I'm talking about our first championship since 1969.

This Jets team is by far, the most talented team we've had since 1998. The expectations are to be set high after our trip to the AFC Championship game last year.

This team is built for the playoffs. More balanced attack, and much more dangerious on the offensive side of the ball. Our defense also has the overall talent and potential to take us deep into the playoffs. It's up to Rex Ryan to lead this unit to the promise land, starting tonight, against #18 and the Colts. No team, not even the Patriots can take our best punch. Thats how good of a team we have. We've wanted to see this Jets team put it all together for 60 minutes strong since day one of the season, now we get a chance to see what we're made of.

I'm loving the fact that the Colts are small on the defensive line. Our rushing attack also has a huge advantage considering the fact that they'll be without one heck of a MLB in Brackett. Thats a huge loss for that 4-3 defense. We should have no problem getting our ground and pound going against this defense.

It's a must that we have success rushing the footballal, not only to keep #18 off the field, but to also keep both Freeney and Mathis honest inorder to protect Sanchez. It won't be easy, but Ferguson & Woody must shut these speed rushing DE's out. If that happens, the Colts defense will be in for a long night.

On the defensive side of the ball, our D-Line must pressure Manning like never before. I'm expecting Shaun Ellis to have the game of his life as a bull rusher. I cant picture our OLB's doing much of anything, for the simple fact, Manning may keep us in alot of nickel and dime packages. The pressure may just have to come from up the middle from players such as Harris, Scott or a blitzing safety

I think Brackett is playing. Sessions is the linebacker in doubt.

I agree, but satisfaction is a function of expectations.

I, for one, appreciate every game for what it is, and never let myself get caught up in any delusions of grandeur.

No matter what happens tonight, or next week, I'd have to call this season a success.

It was a heck of a lot better than 1 and 15!! :metal:

I just can't believe how fast this season flew by!

Amazingly, we are right back where we left off last year.

I wanted a post season home game badly but that's what happens when you scrub a few games here and there.

We were the #2 in the drivers seat and pissed it all away....now, We gotta go into other stadiums and torch em down!

I knew before this season started that it would be exciting, but it far surpassed my expectations. The Jets never cease to find new ways to surprise me.

I've loved it. I had thought we'd compete for the division, but against a 10-6 Pats team, not a 14-2 one. If you strip away the hyperbole and drama we're clearly making real, sustainable progress and it's very exciting looking forward.

True, but we have had a pretty good regular season and frankly as long as we get in the playoffs - I'm pretty happy. There is a difference between a successful SB Championship season and a failure. Clearly this season hasn't been a failure regardless of how far we make it in the tournament.

Yeeeeaaahhhh!!! We did it!! We took out Peyton Manning and the Colts in Indy!!

I couldn't be prouder of this Jets team! Our offensive line just dominated the freaking L.O.S, shut down both Freeney and Mathis, kept Manning off the field; and rushed the football at will!!!

Our defense? Cant say enough. We did it without a pass rush, and held Manning and the Colts to 16 points! This defense turned potential TD's into 3 FG's and gave our offense a CHANCE at a game winning drive!

This season has been magical and this Jets team is ready for anyone baby!!
