Well, there's a blizzard on the way tomorrow and some afternoon/primetime games on the Eastern seaboard will be affected tomorrow. MIN-PHI will be in the brunt of this thing and that game is huge as I'm in the fantasy football finals and have 4 players starting in that game: Adrian Peterson LeSean McCoy Desean Jackson Jeremy Maclin With the blizzard I'm thinking to bench one or both of the Eagle receivers since I see the backs getting a lot of touches. Then again, the guy I'm playing has Vick starting so I could neutralize Vick if he has a huge game by starting both receivers. Also, AP may not even play but I have Gerhart riding the pine just in case. What you guys think?
Vikings game moved to Tuesday. Sucks for me because the guy I'm playing against in the "Super Bowl" has AP and Percy Harvin, so I wont know whether I win or not until Tuesday.
I have to face Vick and Jackson on Tuesday now. I was hoping so bad for the game to be in the snow. I have Roddy White, he has Vick & Jackson. I'm currently up by 22.9. Need a huge game from Roddy. No way Vick puts up less than 20. Wes Welker KILLED me. So did MJD sitting out. Jennings, his backup, sucked. Jets D wasn't too big of a help either. Thank God for Lowery's pick 6.
Every one of my championship games will come down to Tuesday. It'll be fun on Tuesday, but I would much rather have it end tonight.
My leagues: Championship game league with people I used to work with: Up by 2 I have Harvin and McCoy He has Maclin, Akers, and Eagles D I'd say I'm 50/50 to win that. PPR league with 100 yard bonuses, so I love McCoy, but we'll see. Championship game in league with IJR and TommyGreen Down 17 I have Maclin He has DeSean Jackson I have like a 5% chance of winning. It's PPR, so I just need Maclin to have a monster game and DeSean to tweak his hamstring. Championship game: league I just did because it was an auction Down 14 I have Vick I'll be pissed as hell if I lose. Championship game in league with guy from Twitter who was doing a slow draft and I just randomly joined Up 28 He has Maclin I'd be shocked if I lost. And if I were to lose this game, there's a good chance I won in my other league, so I'll take it. Also in one 2-week championship game which I'm down by like 30 in. Have a chance to make up the deficit next week, but I probably won't. Also in 2 other consolation games that I should win. One I'm up 139 in and I've already clinched with Harvin to go, the other one I'm up 25 with DeSean going against McCoy. Only league I'm not in the championship game in that I'm in is the stupid TGG league and it's dumbass scoring system .
I'm in the same boat Mack. In my main league with my friends I'm in the championship game up by 18. I have Vick and Maclin and he has Djack and Mccoy.
Up 11 with the Vick Show doing a victory lap for me tonight. In another up 6 with Celek and Vick left to play. In both leagues my opponent has nothing. You see, gentlemen, the key to winning championships is to kick so much ass that you don't even need your best player to step on the field.
