Mcnight on kickoffs!

    He has shown that he has improved from training camp 2 years ago (when he got an unfair rap anyway). He is likely the fastest player on the team, and isnt our freaking starting #2 corner. I dont want Cromartie anywwhere near kickoffs again. An experienced kick returner doesnt fumble that

    This is the Parcells reaction to what happened on that KR. He'd make Cromartie earn the job back after giving the game away like that. On the other hand it's not clear that Cro wants to be returning kicks anyway so that's the limitation of the Parcells method.

    Its not like cromartie is devin hester and Mcnight is Vlad Ducasse. Mcknight may even be better, and aside from Cromartie not being a natural kick returner, if Mcnight gets hurt it wont destroy our defense

    I agree with this sentiment, but not because Cro fumbled the ball yesterday. In my opinion the net performance difference between McKnight and Cro on KR is not sufficient to overcome the injury risk. Cro should be used on an as-needed basis, if at all.
