The Bengals and Giants disagree with your assessment of pussy. Regardless, even with their running game showing elite numbers, our defense was up to the task. Our offense controlled the clock, which is always a huge factor in a Pats game. I'll be upset with anything less than a win.
Is it weird that I think home field advantage is huge in this game? Seems like the Jets play the best when the crowd is fired up.
A healthy DeVito and Kenrick Ellis will go a long way this week toward shutting down the Pats run game with only 5-6 men in the box letting Rex flood the middle with d-backs like in last year's playoff game. That's a major key to the game. If they both play, I'm extremely confident. Probably more than I should be..
75+% I am feeling like we hit our stride and there is no telling what we can do. Limit the mistakes and we win a close game! Lets go DEFENSE!
x2...... similar age and JETS fandom tenure I'm sure. anyway, this week mark me down for 75 %... phuck those guys, it's our time........ and it's great to see that chick's face matches the ass! :jets: :metal:
I'll say 75% plus. Bill Belichick and Tom Brady are just too good for me to say 90%+. Still, I'm feeling as confident as I've ever felt going into a matchup with the Patriots.
65% confident. Keys to success are:avoid costly penalties, force turn overs, offense plays aggressively and controls time of possession. Another 5% if we throw the long pass at least 4 times. That will account for one TD on a pass interference call. Finally, Jet fans fired up screaming their heads off in a full stadium is worth another 15%. Do it fans...you hold the Ace in the hole.
That week 2 game the crowed most certainly helped destroy those fuckers from Boston. Wish i could go 75%
Belicheat and Brady are good, the rest of the team is trash, but you can't ever discount the presence of those two. I'll always expect a close game from those dickheads.... I think if the Jets run the ball and keep fucko on the sidelines, they win this game. I think they'll do that, 75+, because the OL is back to form.
I'm never confident against the Patriots. It's just engrained in me having grown up watching football with the Patriots dominance. The first time we played them this season people around here thought we had the advantage b/c of what happened in the playoffs but it didn't turn out that way.
