Well, he must have known this was coming along. He looked distrught all day and lost his cool way too easily. His team looked out of controll itself taking several bad penalties. He'll land on his feet somewhere as soon as next season as an cooridnater or position coach, but I doubt with us.

That's great. Tyler Palko is apparently such a great QB prospect, that it costs a Coach his job... Romeo's guys didn't exactly look like world beaters out there.
Sounds like this was Scott pioli and Haley butting heads. Performance wise Haley did wonders with the team last season and did a pretty good job this year with all the injuries.
I'm surprised, too. They won the division last year and had all kinds of guys banged up this year. I thought they were toast after Week 2, was impressed they showed up at 5-7 yesterday. He did seem to lose his cool during the game, got that 15-yarder, but everything was going against his team, too.
I'm sure taking that unsportsmanlike penalty on the sidelines probably had a lot to do with it happening now.he was obviously losing control.
I was at the game yesterday, but I didn't even see what he did that warranted the Unsportsmanlike Conduct penalty. What went down?
They never showed it on TV either, just said it happened but penalties like that in the NFL probably happen less often than even once a year.
Somehow yesterday I fell into west great hall seats, so I was right behind the Kansas City bench. The guy is a fucking PSYCHO. I don't know if they showed on television how Haley LIT INTO Palko after the first three-and-out, but it set a negative tone between them the entire game. Everything from that point on went through Zorn, and you could tell after the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty by the look on the assistant coaches faces that even they were exasperated with a guy that has a serious anger problem.
It was early in the 3rd quarter drive with all the penalties, that ended with the Sanchez QB sneak to go up 35-3. We were still way down on our end, a call went against them to get the Jets out of the field position hole, he must have said something from the sideline. Towards the end of the drive, when KC got called for two pass interference penalties in a row, setting us up at the 2, Haley was down by the 20 yard line screaming and cursing, this was after he got the 15-yarder. By this time I was in the car, Marty Lyons thought Haley was going to get ejected.
