Is it me or did he look like our best DL out there tonight? Ellis gets hurt and Harrison steps in and makes a few plays right off the bat. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come for this kid. He looked disruptive and is a mountain of a man. He had a good preseason but maybe we have found something with this kid.
He looked good and I hope to see more of him, but it doesn't take away the fact we still can't get to the QB.
Those couple plays were obvious run situations, but I haven't been impressed with Ellis. Until Pouha can get healthy, I don't see why Harrison shouldn't get a few more snaps.
Oh yeah but he was through the line with a burst. He is quite fast for a big guy. FTR I never would have guessed William Penn College is in Iowa. And yes, Ellis isn't exactly tearing it up. Wilkerson looks like a beast and hopefully if Harrison can get some reps he'll just get better.
He looked twice as big as anyone on the DL. and he literally just shut a hole by pushing a dude in. Was glad to see the kid play well.
