it was funny how elway couldn't stand tebow even though he led them to a much better season than anyone could've expected Manning was a godsend so Elway had an excuse to dump Tebow.
chargers fans should start cheering Tebow, one of these weeks its going to happen. I would love to see Mannings reaction, im sure it would get to him. As ridicolous as this sounds, if the Broncos lose tonight, I GUARENTEE you will see people saying that getting Manning was a mistake.
It took Tebow 11 games to get 4 losses, Manning is about to do it in 6.... Tebow also swept the AFC West on the road, I partially blame Manning but Tebows stock is rising every week.
If it wasn't the celebrity status and media circus of Tebow, he would be a fan favorite for the Jets right now.
Im not watching the game but it does look like Peyton deserves blame. Last week he went into the half with 7 points against the Pats, this week he goes into half with none, against the texans he only 7 or 10 heading into the 4th quarter. This guy is not delivering at all, plus the turnovers have been bad. The broncos D sucks but I thought the whole point was that the Broncos would be playing from ahead? this team cant do anything right and is quickly becoming the laughing stock of the NFL.
I agree, the problem is not him, it is the supporting cast. Elway has done a poor job surrounding Peyton with the proper talent.
They are 2-3 going on 2-4 on their toughest part of their schedule. It wouldn't surprise me if they finish 10-6. Peyton had the pick six in the red zone which was horrific, but the play before he hit Decker who tripped over his own feet trying to run into the EZ. The Broncos also have 2 special teams turnovers leading to 10 points. Whole team is struggling tonight. And the Manning move won't be a mistake, especially if he comes back next year.
Demaryius Thomas doesn't drop a TD catch. Would have fit with the theme of the night. Broncos now on the board with 7
