Do you tell any of the Patrons to STFU during a JETS drive  Just to clarify, this wasn't a Bash on the OOT'ers who Can't watch, It was geared more to the Ones who don't, but post like they do. I totally dig our OOT fans cause they give some of the More refreshing posts to read.
I had a chance to get it With a full package when I worked for RCA but I lived in an apt. then. I'm an ass, I should have taken it anyway.
Tough to watch the games up here in Canada. There is an AFC game every Sunday on TV, however, those are reserved for the better NFL Teams.
ive watched 3 out of the 4 games but why are u gettin worked up its the preseason. watchin a game that doesnt count on a friday night isnt everyones top priority
I watch all the regular season games here in San Antonio. I just go to a bar/restaurant and run up a tab. Last year was disappointing.
I agree with you and Dressen and I feel the same way aboutr McGlover. I have read post after post about why they should not have gotten cut--really both are fringe players that have yet to do much.
That's your opinion and is taken for what it is. I tend to disagree simply because THIS YEAR he is getting reps and is showing what he can do. What are you basing his performance on? Because frankly, he was never even given a chance w/ Herm.
im not on the askew bandwagon either....I did see that martin guy pick up a few nice blocks though....jamar martin right? something like that......strange that he and askew both made it
Miss blocks? You are definitely not watching the JETS pre-season games. It isn't Askew that was back there during missed blocks. Seems like you're assuming that he is in the backfield when it happens. When you have time, Re-watch the pre-season games. You may feel a little differently after doing so.
<sarcasm> Nope. definitely not. I didn't watch a single one </sarcasm> No assumptions going on. He didn't miss the one that almost got Pennington Killed, I agree, but he missed his share. Don't ask me to cite one, because I am not into remembering specific plays, but I remember thinking there is no way the man is a fullback. Ive watched each game twice.. Once live, once when it was on SNY/NFL Network. Askew is not a fullback. He can't block. Schottenheimer's offense calls for a bruiser of a fullback blocking for the RB.
Yah I have to agree, if sowell was such a great blocking fb, they would have never brought in martin.
See...now this is a post I can get behind. My wife has learned the hard way that football rules....matter of fact I think im gonna post a thread.
LOL..I got the sarcasm.... I Record the games and watch them a few times myself just to see how certain players perform. If you can, re-watch the Giants game and see when he lined up in the backfield as a Lead blocker. If you're talking about Michigan then Correctamundo Askew was NOT a FB . But he is now and He was Knockin heads for a few weeks which was good to see.
