You failed to answer the question I'll take your "I'm scared" as a final answer. Works for me Your idiotic point of view is predicated on expert opinion. Heres a bunch of experts on Sanchez: http://www.newsday.com/sports/footb...chez-experts-don-t-pull-any-punches-1.4338335 So if your argument ends with experts, Gannon, Dilfer, Jaws, Hasselbeck,Warner, all are critical. Notice their criticism is even WHILE ACKNOWLEDGING the circumstances. Is it only obstinancy when it doesn't align with your preconceived notions?
its amazing that a joe namath piece turns into a mark sanchez debate. he isnt any good, the sooner everyone realizes this the better off we will be.
You didn't actually read the article, did you? Exactly what Ive said. Guessed you missed this too. Hmmm, that sounds familiar?
Yes, I've said that all along. He's responsible for much poor play, but scheme and talent have mich to do with it. That's the general consensus, even from your article, but you need to ask yourself, considering how green he was coming out, and the level of coaching, where can he get to? I think his upside under MM is significant, I could be wrong, but e en the article you posted says, like I do....the Jury is out. Any skill position player takes 3years to develop generally, but they took a guy that had one year of college exp, and refused to hire decent coaches. My position is simple. It's impossible to know, T this point.
I'm supposed to just concede because Joe Namath said he thinks Sanchez can be salvageable? He has his opinion which I can respect because of who he is, but I also have my own opinion. You bash McElroy how many years did you play the position?
Based on the things he has said about Sanchez since he retired, I wonder how some of his teammates really feel about him? You see Holmes get frustrated in that infamous Dolphins game at the end of 2011. I wonder what the o line think, Keller, Greene etc. It has to be annoying and frustrating at the same time.
it has to be the most frustrating thing in the world. i am sure they are just as frustrated as the fans that this guy folds up like a cheap tent under any kind of pressure and couldnt hit the broad side of a barn half the time.
i do the same thing all the time when people say lt in reference to tomlinson... lawrence taylor is lt!
Without Joe Namath the Jets would arguably be the biggest failure of any sports organization in professional sports. He can say whatever he wants and he's typically right.
