Not sure how I feel about this, seems like they went with a well known to sell more tickets but I'll hold off on judging it until there's at least a trailer out.
I saw Synder in the article and for a second I thought it was Scott Snyder and not Zack Synder. I was pissed after reading that since I thought the Superman movie by Zack Snyder was slightly disappointing. (Scott Snyder is the current writer of Batman for those who are not familiar. ) I'm a HUGE Batman fan and still read Batman, Batman & Robin, and Detective Comics each month (Yes, you can call me whatever names you want since I still read comics). If they insist on making more Batman movies, I would love to see the "Night of the Owls" or "Death of the Family" story lines make it on the big screen. Of course, the ending of Death of the Family should be changed. Snyder was under pressure with the whole death of Robin (Damien Wayne) that was occurring the following month which essentially left it impossible for him to actually kill anybody important.
I just don't get it. Clearly they are going with a grizzly, veteran Batman, but I don't know. Hopefully it grows on me. The Daredevil Rises.
Hopefully this is a true Superman sequel and Batman just gets like 10 minutes of screen time. Then they start all over with a new Batman for a new Batman movie.
Hopefully they just cancel this piece of shit all together. Man of Steel was awful. Zack Snyder is dreadful. This is going to be a complete disaster.
Unfortunately.......agreed. Big time. Speaking of Man of Steel, I can't stand people trying to talk themselves into liking it. It was not very good. No big deal. Just admit it.
