    Shannon had some good things to say about the Jets this week, despite losing to arguably the best team in the NFL...cant say im too bummed about this, shows that our team is playing to WIN THE GAME, especially by going for it on 4th down, IMO in a game that probably wouldnt be decided by field goals...im glad we are showing our potential! and while we still have this year to worry about, i cant wait until next year when we have a better understanding of the Mangini system and hopefully draft some great players

    in the meantime, this should ease some of the pain, brought a smile to my face.

    No he didn't.

    In the pre-game on CBS, Shannon said something along these lines :

    He compared Mangini to a horse jockey, yet he was the trainer. He compared the Jets players to Muels. Then he said how you can't win a race (SB) with Muels.

    Its like Shannon has some personal grudge against the NY Jets. I dont care, though. I never watch CBS pre or post-game shows. Hell, if it wasnt for Sunday football games i wouldnt watch CBS at all.

    Before the season started, Sharpe said that the Jets should throw a parade if they win 6 games.

    That guy is the dumbest guy on TV , yes he has some good one liners but my goodness he sounds so uneducated and he is so loud and arrogant. Maybe he is a little better than sterling but my gosh why do we have to listen to him.He sounds like there are hot coals in his mouth.

    Well i slept throught the whole pre game, so i guess if he said that, then he is a self contradicting asshole...but his notes on the game against Indy were nothing less then flattering

    CBS really does suck. NBC is by far the best carrier of football.

    are you saying that he is better than Sterling at football ? or broadcasting?

    cause I think you mean football. I hear every word that Sterling says and he does not sound like a buffoon!!!!!!

    Both CBS and NBC are terrible. The Sunday Night Football In America is a joke. Its four guys sitting around making football seem less exciting than masterpeice theatre.

    It is quite boring with those 4!!

    check out ESPN tonight for 'NFL Primetime' often imitated, but never duplicated!!
