Because screw the rest of the team. At least this guy does his job. And he has to do it often. Every time the Jets offense does not score a touchdown or turn it over he must snap the ball for the ensuing field goal or the more common situation, the punt. Give this beast a 10 year, 120 million dollar extension, because we need more people like him on the team. People who can do their job to a certain degree of competence.
