I've always liked Tim Dwight from his days with the Falcons and New England. But he's no longer the player he used to be.
He's garbage. He does nothing with his chances on offense, and watching him on kick returns is like having Santana Moss back again. If they want someone to wave for a fair catch every kick, I would be more than happy to suit up for the league minimum.
