No, the ruling never called into question guilt or innocence, it only deemed the punishment was too harsh because of a technicality i.e.; "Brady wasn't told he could be suspended" . Pat fans still ignore that the judge stated the NFL should fine Brady. Why fine an innocent man?

For non-cooperation? I think it's pretty clear that Brady didn't want to cooperate considering he believes that he had no knowledge of what happened. Why would he cooperate unless a court subpeonas him. As a Pats fan, I agree that Brady should have been just fined for non-cooperation when the NFL couldn't find any evidence of Brady involvement but they still suspended him for no reason. They got their ass handed in court when they over stepped their powers and Godell trying to save face by upholding the suspension.

No, he threw out the entire arbitration hearing. PART of the ruling was that even IF guilty he could not be suspended for that minor of an infraction. But you've spun it to mean something else entirely.

Tell you what, let me send you to court and rig the court. When the throw out the ruling because the court is bogus you can tell me how much stock I should put into the thrown out ruling because it didn't "find you definitively innocent."

It's funny that in Berman's decision he went out of his way (to cover himself) by saying he wouldn't dispute the Wells Report. That judicial procedure really doesn't allow for that. And then he let the NFL have it with both barrels. And a few days later he's seen partying with Kraft.

All this cheating, lying shit could go away in a second if teams could get good enough to beat Brady and the Patsies on the field of play week in and week out. Without exonerating these low life snakes, the fact is most are self inflicted wounds; including the last Superbowl, when Seattle gave them the game by deploying one of the most idiotic goal line calls of all time.
We know that from Kraft to Billy the Cheat to Brady the integrity coefficient is zero, but through it all they keep on winning, and they keep playing good ball, and continue to outcoach the competition. Until the rest of the league blow these fuckers off the water on the field of play the rest is inconsequential.
The NFL does not stand for integrity, honesty or class, that is long gone. It's all about winning and making money, and moral issues are only are only considered when convenient for the betterment of the money making machine know as the NFL. The rules are arbitrarily applied and clearly not every one measured with the same yard stick.

Think about how consistently good the Packers and Steelers and even the Ravens usually are. Every year they have a legitimate shot to make a deep run, just like the Patriots. Now, imagine if the Packers or Steelers took all the "extra measures" that the Patriots do. You think the Packers or Steelers might have an extra Super Bowl or two?

You can say that it didn't call into question guilt or innocence. But they threw out the "court", for being filled with absolute bullshit. The judge didn't say "this all seems legit but all you can do is fine him." This thing gets "analyzed" and immediately put into the spin cycle.

Berman is a liberal Democrat and so is Kraft. Goodell's father was a U.S. Senator, a Republican (but not a conservative).

Berman worked for Jacob Javits, who didn't like Goodell Sr.
