    Khiry is a beast.

Great signing, kinda happy we let Ivory go at this point.

Dwight Freeney!!! Totally under the radar had a great year last year as a situational rusher.

Oline still the issue. With Khiry and Bilal, do we need the 30 yr old Forte. I think that $4 mil would look much better being spent on the oline.
However, I have faith in Macc!!!

Robinson reminds me of the Ridley signing. Guy coming off a leg injury but has potential. Always liked him on the Saints

I'm liking the way Mac is working.

No matter who ends up under center, moves like this can only help.

Khiry could easily end up being the work horse back with Powell and Forte handling change of pace and 3rd down duties. At least for the start of the season Khiry will likely get all the goal line work.

25 yr old Forte or even 28 yr old Forte, yes. Not so sure about 30 yr old Forte. A $4 mil upgrade in oline might be better.

I found an interesting anecdote about Robinson on JETSWIRE.

i dont think 4.1 yards per carry is special. nor 900 rush yards and 4 TDs.

i think if you invest that money at G or T it helps your run game more, and for longer term

    different strokes...

when it comes to the run game i always prefer investing in the offensive line. they have longer shelf lifes, benefit you in the passing game as well, and (imo) have a much bigger impact then runningbacks.

i look at the cowboys...they dumped murray but their run game had similar success. their YPC was identical(although they did run less). the eagles added murray and their run game got worse.

give me guys who get a push and open holes

We still have the draft to build the OL

true. id have prefered to use FA and the draft for oline. then go HB in round 5 or 6, pair that rookie with 2 guys like robinson or powell. go young and cheap.

we also need OLB, ILB, QB in the draft.
