Monday Night Football vs Sunday Night Fooball

I'm assuming something of the lines of "which do you enjoy more?"

 

I like Michaels and Madden better than MNF guys. But I HATE the Football Night in America panel!!!!!1 I'd pay good money to see Collinsworth's spinal cord ripped out of him and shoved down his throat!!!!!!1

 

For some reason the Monday Night Games have been horrendous. I mean who wants to watch Oakland get embarassed by Seattle? or New England kill Minnesota?

 

just about any crew will pale in comparrison to michaels and madden.

kornheiser is a toned down version of miller whos less intelligent, so MNF really went well with having him on. i much rather wouldve had wilbon if they were just going to push their PTI cast.

the rest of the crew speaks for itself, someone we never liked, and the only bareable guy is avg so he cant pull the show over the hump.

 

That reason is basically Sun and Mon night switched this year. In the past teh worse matchups were on SNF but w/ the SNF moving to NBC and the flexibile scheduling SNF became the premiere prime time game and Mon Night football this year is like SNF was in years past.

 

I hate the whole "Football Night in America" nonsense, can't we find a better name? they tried that on NBC(and ABC w/ the baseball Network in 1994-'95) where they calld it "Baseball Night in America" playing off "Hockey Night in Canada"- it was stupid then and it is stupid now.

 

MNF is dead and buried

 

I hate the fact that MNF is on cable. Not that I don't have cable, I just think it kills MNF. I also don't like the idea that I can't watch MNF in HD. Oh it is offered, but at an additional cost on my HD programming, and truthfully not worth it.

 

Just read that Monday night's game was the lowest rated MNF game in History....by a wide margin

 

They should give the 2nd crew more time. the one with Vermeil.

 

And ESPN gave it the finishing blow, they whored it out too much having about 20+ different people talk mostly about something NOT about the game and who scheduled these games anyway, I understand the fact about the flex scheduling, and the occasitional unexpected blowout in a supposed to be close game, but having Oakland who EVERYONE knew was horrible to get 2 games already??? Those games were going to be horrible it is as if the scheduling people are living in 5 years in the past, that is what truly killed MNF

 

I said it before. Theisman is Horrible and I can guarantee that has a lot to do with it.

Also, The fact that it's on Cable is another huge part. They just totally f'ed this one up...TOTALLY.

 

Sunday night is much better this year from what i'v seen. I mean the raiders have been on monday nite twice havent they???
And Kornheiser and his gang piss me off
