I followed on the net. But, Did the offense or defense look horrible or did the bills get some lucky bounces or calls? Should we still think Playoffs?
not as bad as your about to hear. ill put it that way. this team relies on pennington, and pennington didnt play well, end of story.
they kept getting hit hard in the back. hopefully everyone made it out of this game in one piece. i wanted to see clemens throw a pass but he never got a chance.
no it wasnt man! u had three plays that killed us. then they fuckin gave up, which kills me to say, the jets gave up.
Come on - this was a pathetic performance in every way. Pennington was horrible, the run game was spotty at best, the O line was consistently beaten, the defense gave up big plays repeatedly, the team seemed to play with little fire, there was no evidence of in-game adjustment, etc., etc. The first half last week was about as good as it can get in terms of Jets quality of play. This game was about as bad as it gets.
the only thing i see wrong with the game was the o-line.. and mcgahees strong ass legs. it seems as if he always pushes for 3 more yards. i thought the run game did pretty good but yeah they should have done 3 times better. once they were down by 15 they gave up. turnovers is what win games... obviously.
And to continue well earned props...Buffalo secondary covered well.....but worst offense was Jets listening to strange little voices whispering in their heads saying "Let Willis Run!" I think the guy has a Voodoo Hoodoo as regards us
This team does not deserve to make the playoffs. The whole team played like uninspired pieces of garbage. it is SAME OLD JETS, since the day i was f-ck-en born...
We went back to the form that lost the game against Chicago. It was quite ugly. We also proved we can't stop the run.
They were able to get pressure on us with their front 4. If thats goin on and you have to bring in another body to block your basically screwed.
Sorry, but I couldn't disagree more. It's easy to blame the turnovers (which of course means that you don't just blame the O line, but also Pennington), but they had nothing to do with Buffalo averaging 5.1 yards per rush and Losman averaging 10.5 yards per passing attempt (that's yards per ATTEMPT, not per completion, and is mind-bogglingly bad defense). Pennington averaged a pathetic 5.2 yards per attempt, which is hardly surprising, since I think he threw one pass the entire game that was more than 10 yards past the line of scrimmage. And, of course, you yourself said that the Jets gave up. Maybe you don't see something wrong with that, but I certainly do.
three plays that killed us???!!! hahahaha....thats comical....you were dominated in every aspect of the game....you couldnt stop us on offense...you couldnt do anything on offense....you were manhandled....3 lucky plays...hahahahahahhahaha
