Wow, Christmas (in the form of watching the Patsies completely implode) came slightly late for me this year.

Now all we need is a failed PED test and 4 game suspension on a NE player to make my New Year complete :)

Unfortunately I think the NFL pussies out of suspending either guy before next year and will cite an “active investigation.”

Both are pretty damn important but I could see them suspending Barmore for the wild card round if anything. No chance they suspend Diggs before next season in my opinion.

Yeah during Covid the NFL cops were lightning quick. But now they are back to slow justice.

Diggs might be suspended in 2027 or something

The NFL likes to drag its feet with the Pats too... Didn't they give Brady the option after deflate gate on which 4 games he had to serve his suspension?

so it looks like there are two really interesting games this week - Bucs vs Panthers (and how great is it for Panthers fans to have something to cheer) and Steelers vs Ravens (hopefully the losing team will fire their HC and that poor sucker has to come to the Jets)

The Buccaneers will still need the Falcons to win on Sunday even if they beat the Panthers for the strength of schedule tie breaker (or some tiebreaker).

So the Panthers can lose on Saturday and get in with a Falcons win. If the Rams beat the Falcons I don’t believe this would’ve mattered.

Seahawks/49ers are also playing for the #1 seed.

Idk maybe I’m old and angry but the last week of the regular season used to be HOT. These matchups suck balls

I think it has a lot to do with the entire league just sucking considerably more than it has in years past. The product that they're putting out on the field has not been good, even outside of the abomination that the Jets have been for nearly two decades now.

I honestly think it is down to 2 things:
    - refereeing decisions seeming to decide so many games
    - too much focus on the QB position in terms of rule changes when most teams don't have a great QB

One game was decided by the referees. The other was a 13-3 snoozer.

    Your marquee matchups everyone
