This is why us consistently waiting a year too long to fire coaches is so crippling. By the time we're looking for a new HC, all the best candidates are too much of a hot commodity to choose us. We need to be ahead of the curve for once and hire a young OC before half the league wants to hire him.

Gotta be honest, I’ve never been impressed with Tomlin. He’s never won much, and nothing without Ben. He’s been the beneficiary of one of the most stable and well-run franchises in NFL history. And he’s still not been very successful.

I can’t see his game translating to the Jets

He's the Aaron Rodgers of head coaches. Kind of cool, isn't it?

I’ve never gotten the sense that he’s a narcissistic prick like Arod, I’m just not all that impressed with his body of work.

I was referring to their bodies of work actually, I can't see Mike Tomlin getting pegged by Danica.

I don't see it happening but never know sometimes a change of scenery is best like when Andy Reid left Philadelphia.

If it were to happen I think one would choose the Giants over the Jets IF the Jets are even in the market for a head coach.

Without a decent coach like Harbaugh or Tomlin the Jets will continue to be a losing operation

we have to get a good coach, fast despite Woody being woody

going back to Belichick. No one wants to work for Woody Johnson

that’s the curse that needs to be broken

it was never a Joe Namath curse

Shouldn't matter. Bill Walsh won't get any better than 4-13 with Woody running the show.

So, we were both wrong, but your mistake may just have been in how you wrote your reply. The correct answer was Yes and no. At least until now. Doesn't look like there's any reason to believe Harbaugh will end up here, but if he does, we all win!
