    and chad pennington is still unable to throw a 12 yrd out .... what now ?

    does he still get the whole yr, or is he replaced before the 1st game ?

    Actually its the 20 yard out that people refer to, to judge a QB's arm stength/velocity.

    Chad can throw a 12 yard out and a 20 yard out...throws for a QB to make.

    The 20 yard out is probably one of the hardest throws for a QB.

    The simple facts are we have a top 10-15 QB when he is healthy.

    I am not even a "Chad supporter"...

    Yeah its pretty bad. I won't say its the worst, but it is pretty much horrible.
