Thank goodness. 5 straight losses, now they can rest up, refocus and hopefully come out strong tomorrow...

    Expected starters through BoSox series...

    Thursday/Toronto - Phil Hughes
    Friday/Boston - Andy Pettitte
    Saturday/Boston - Kei Igawa
    Sunday/Boston - Wang

So, tomorrow's and Friday's weather is suppose to be even worse then tonight's. Mussina is due back in 5 days. Watch Hughes get sent back down without ever getting a start this time up. You know how much they didn't want to bring him up this early.

I wouldn't be the least mad if that happened.

... You said Wang is supposed to be pitching Sunday? Nice! I'm going to that game :)

    Hughes tomorrow.
    Pettitte Friday.
Either Karstens or Igawa Saturday (Joe hasn't decided yet.)
    Wang Sunday.

That's what they reported on the fake pregame show on YES.

^ That's correct. Caught a break with the rainout, now Andy can go against Boston.

I'm gonna watch Mussina pitch on Friday in his minor league rehab start in AA. Hopefully all goes well and he'll be back up next week.
