Curtis Martin is going to be 'honored' at halftime of the Pittsburgh game. Does anyone know if his number is going to be retired? Also, it appears that Curtis is aiming to become an owner or co-owner of an NFL franchise - and he thinks it will happen by next season. The bad news, he isn't targeting the Jets. I reckon a man with his drive and intensity could be a great owner. We'll see. Full story
Awesome article... I hope the team ownership deal works out for him. He is someone that with the money and some influence can do a lot of great things and you know that he will.
Seriously why hasnt the number been retired already? Why do they mess around like this with someone who obviously deserves it? Maybe they are waiting for a meaningful game?
I believe he should be in first time out, but there is always a possibility that others will not see it that way. Despite his stat sheet he lacks a SB ring and he spent most of career being over-looked by anyone not wearing green & white.
