    Okay....

I've been fed up with all the Romo-loving this season for a while....

But this... This is the last straw....

Comparing Romo to SNOOP DOGG on NFL Countdown?

Are they serious? And it's not like a Kenny Mayne piece either... They're serious.....

    What the hell?

I like watching Romo play, but I've got two things to say...

#1) He is THE most overrated player in the NFL.... The NFL has a real lack of talent at the QB position, so a guy who is only an above-average QB, like Romo, is brought to the forefront.....

#2) Despite the fact that I like to watch Romo play, I hope his career crashes and burns ASAP.... This guy has at least 10 more years left in him in the NFL.... ESPN praises Romo more than Madden praises Favre... I can't deal with this for 10 more years....

Please, Romo, please, let your career crash and burn

Yeah i'm not really sold on the guy either....however he still makes plays so you gotta give him that. I just think NFL teams dont have much film on him yet....so we'll see. But i'm not on the wagon yet.

I wasn't really hating on how he plays... I think he's an above average QB.... But he's not great, at all, but he plays in Dallas, and has that goofy smile on his face all the time, so the guys at ESPN can't get enough...

    It makes me sick

Romo is a good QB with one of the media's favorite teams.....I'd try to get used to it if I were you...it's not going away.

It's even worse when people on this board try to compare KC to Tony Romo.

I don't know which Tony Romo you have been watching but the one I have been watching is far better than above average. He is having an amazing season, whether or not he becomes a great QB remains to be seen but he is well on his way.

I think he's an above average QB with some great tools.... He doesn't do anything, passing wise, that makes me say "Wow, this guy's a great QB" Guys like Brady, Manning and even at times Carson Palmer and Ben Roethlisberger do.....

I don't know what makes you say wow when you watch a QB play, for me throwing for 300 yards and 3tds pretty much every game makes me say wow, not to mention being 9-1.

Tony Romo owns Roethlisberger. Roethlisberger knows how to manage a game in order to stay in it and win, but Romo can actually win a game with his arm.

4 TDs today...all to TO. I know having TO as a QB can make the job a lot easier, but Romo uses all of his targets wisely.

I didn't see today's game, but I see Dallas a lot, since they're ALWAYS on TV for some reason, and I just don't think Romo is as good as he's made out to be.... I think muting the commentators early in the game makes it so I can judge for myself.....

His numbers are very good, but I'm just judging from what I see on the field.... He make s a lot of bone-headed throws, and very few spectacular ones.... Most of the time, when he completes a pass for a big play, it's when Owens has made an outstanding individual play to free himself up down the field, and Romo just needs to wing it up there....

I'm not saying he's bad I'm just saying that he doesn't deserve half the praise he gets....

Ugh. They mentioned today that Clemens looked like Romo. I officially want to kill Nantz now. Really, I do.

You could always just not watch those ESPN segments anymore. Seriously, they never have anything interesting to say that you couldn't find posted on the net some where. If they're not all over Romo's testicles, it's just gonna be another QB who happens to be "in" at the time.

Madden compared a JP Losman play to Tony Romo earlier... players are already being compared to him... lol.

Soon we won't be able to watch any games without Romo being mentioned.

Did you see Owens taking a shot at Parcells? Said something to the effect that Wade Phillips has a killer instinct and the coach last year didn't.... puh leeze. The Cowboys are winning because the NFC is horrible. Green Bay is going to beat this team down.

Tony Romo is John Madden's new Brett Favre.

Well, Parcells is the worst "serious" coach the Cowboys have had. Guys like Gailey and Campos don't really count since they were clearly stopgap guys. But the hatred I have for Bill Parcells is immeasurable.
