let's hand it to the staff for flunking Lee Suggs. the guy was just cut by the browns. mangini and co. knew what they were doing when they DK'd the trade. there was alot of criticism on the FO when they did this. let's call it how it is, the FO did their homework and were not intimidated to flunk someone. the media was chewing us out on this one. NY media is the biggest joke in all of sports. especially when it comes to the Jets.

I am happy that the FO did their job. What bothers me is that the Browns shopped him as if he were worth a lot more than he turned out to be.

They should be awarded the key to the city and all the gold in the land.

We did the same thing with Brooks Bollinger and Doug Jolley.

No, we just didnt make it so blatantly obvious they werent gonna make the final roster. I didnt HATE Jolley, its just we traded wayyy to much for him. He had to live up to being traded for a first rounder and with high expectations, he dissapointed. I love Brooks and I dont think he is a give away at all. Hes gonna be great and the Jets are gonna look foolish for not being loyal to a homegrown player and keeping a guy that has failed the Redskins again and again.

... what did the Browns staff do to give this impression? How did the Jets staff operate differently?

Not for nothing but I think you're talking out your arse here. What information do you have about these trades that we haven't heard?

    Wait.

We're giving the FO credit for cancelling a trade they did not have to agree to in the first place?
