    CBS Sports is an outlier this year in how prospects are viewed. They've had Rudolph as their #1 QB for months now. They've had Lamar Jackson as their #3 for quite awhile also.

    That's why their mocks look so strange.

    This is the first year that I can recall that CBS is out of sync in such a big way and it reflects how differently the QB prospects are viewed by some. I believe that at one point not too long ago Josh Allen was not in their top 100 prospects. Not sure how he stands now.

    If the Bates plans to run Shanahan's WCO which incorporates lots bootlegs and rollouts, I can see this happening.
