    Cha-ching! thats what we needed to hear. I still hate the "Agrees in principle" cause Winfield agreed to that too, then we let him leave to speak with his family, and suddenly the fucker is on a plane to minnesota and is screwing us over.

    But I have a good feeling this is a done deal.
