im looking to get ticks to the DEC 31 OAK vs NY game but when i checked the time it said TBA, i know that it means the game can be flexed depending on the importance, the teams, etc. so my question is when is the earliest we will know when the decision will be made if the game is at 415 or 1. i only ask this b/c if its at 415 alot of peeps will be giving up their ticks b/c of new years. thus making them much cheaper hopefully a WIN will equal a playoff berth and really begin our new years with a smile... please let me know if possible, thanks
i believe it is currently tentatively scheduled for 1, which can only change in the very unlikely event that NBC wants it for the night game...so i dont think 4 is a possibility
Oh, don't worry. About 15-20 minutes before gametime they'll announce the time. No, seriously, I'm being facetious of course, but this "TBA" Scheduling has got to go. It's bad enough they beat us season ticketholders over the head with the money, it's unacceptable that we can't know months in advance as to what time the freakin' game is. My pet peave... MAJOR!!!!!!
The last game can be swapped the Monday before.. most have to be swapped 12 days before, but I believe NBC will release a lot of games (and that will be one in my estimation) earlier out of consideration.
I seriously doubt any game involving the Raiders will be moved to prime time for the last week of the season.
This game will almost certainly be at 1:00. Not a very appealing matchup, plus the Giants play on Saturday night, so there is no need to split up the NY teams on a Sunday afternoon. I see Jax/KC or Miami/Colts or Carolina/NO game being moved to Sunday night. CBS may not have had the foresight to hold any of these games when they had to turn them in after Week 4.
Abandon Flex Scheduling! Season Ticketholders Unite! Instigate A Class-action Lawsuit Against The Nfl! We're Mad As Hell And We Ain't Gonna Take It Anymore!
For Flex Scheduling unless your team plays in the Mountain or West Time Zones you play at 1 ie all of the Cardinals home games were scheduled at 4. The only way it will move is if it goes to NBC or like in our situation where the Jets and Giants both can not play at the same time, they have to move one team to 4 it is usually the team whose network has the late game doubleheader. THis week CBS has the doubleheader which is why the Jets were moved to 4 same thing last week with the Giants/Boys or next week Giatns/Eagles.
While I totally agree, I would rather watch the Packers play then watch the Broncos play..its like being in the dentist chair preparing to have a tooth pulled watching that team play. I cant take it. Other then playoff implications, which are huge, I cant take watching that friggin team play.
i have tickets that i am selling face value for that game section 317. if the deal falls thru should i keep you in mind??
